Nest. Pre Launch Shoot. 233.jpg

Nest was born from a simple truth—mothers, parents, and caregivers need spaces that truly work for them. Through Mellow Mummas, I saw firsthand how powerful it is when parents come together—not just for yoga or classes, but for connection, support, and shared experience. I watched as friendships formed on Glasgow Green walks, as conversations unfolded after baby yoga, and as a real community emerged. But I also saw the gaps. Traditional wellness spaces weren’t always accessible—daytime options were limited, childcare was a barrier, and the sense of belonging so many craved just wasn’t there.

Nest is here to change that. A purpose-built space designed with you in mind—where you don’t have to choose between your wellbeing and your little one’s needs. Whether you’re easing back into movement, looking for a moment of calm, or simply wanting to be around like-minded people who get it, Nest is a place for you. With classes and events that grow with you—from pregnancy through early years and beyond—Nest is a space for movement, mindfulness, and community. It’s a place where you and your little one are truly welcome.
